  1. Bill, the radiator support bolts don't look too good. What other "hardware" do you want?
  2. For anyone. I replaced mine in the spring, and already have a spare.
  3. Should I cut the O2 sensor bung out of the exhaust for you?
  4. Late model clutch slave with braided stainless hose and heat reflective boot.
  5. Fan and clutch are Universal, there are holes on two bolt circles, or the holes are oval
  6. The passenger side Dash Mount is broken as they all are. I don't have my 5.5 mm TFT socket with me, is it okay to cut the inertia switch the passenger kick panel? Do you want the whole heater ducting all the way to the firewall?
  7. No idea. You're the one that said you wanted it. As Bill says 'im up to my ass in alligators' over here. It's hard to text with greasy gloves on. I'm getting back under there and finishing the job.
  8. You want the water pump? And serpentine pulley, backing plate, fan and clutch????
  9. That darn plug is stupid expensive. I remember from when I went from T-19 to Zf-5
  10. I know Chris has said some valves push and some valves pull to refill an empty system. From the sectional view of one of these things it looks like there's a spring loaded ball (like an oil pressure bypass) that will hold the spool to one side, closing off the faulty circuit. If the fluid was old and dirty I could definitely see it getting crudded up inside.
  11. Gary, the dust is going to settle soon, as this truck is going to be parted tomorrow and then the pieces are going to the shredder. I asked 2 or 3 times before I cut the carpet to extract the Zf floor pan. When I pulled it back I was amazed at the gloss in the paint of the cab floor. Even over by the door sills where salty, slushy New England boots seem to always rot the floor out. There's also a nice set of aluminum DeeZee running boards. The brackets are a little rusty but I was impressed by how solid they felt when getting in and out.
  12. Yes, I got the black module and heatsink in with the engine harness. I only really need the short block, so anything from the head gaskets up can go to Gary if he needs it. I wish this truck didn't have 10 lug super duty wheels, brakes, axles in it. I would pull the rear axle for the discs if nothing else.
  13. Bill, The firewall plugs are already pushed through. I will put the cluster back in and unbolt as instructed. It is not mint, but was a weldors truck, so he kept it pretty nice. So, a little wear, but it was not a fleet truck or been through 10 owners. And not a southern truck where the dash pad baked in the sun every day.
  14. You can use the Hydroboost with any PS pump You just need a reservoir connection for the extra return from the brakes. I'll try to get a picture of the back of the C2 reservoir tomorrow.
  15. I will definitely get the R 134 fill neck and any parts by the evaporator box.
  16. If Gary doesn't speak for the compressor to go atop the serpentine PS bracket. I cut the hose going to the radiator because I'm working in a construction lot and did not have my line wrenches (or any backup wrench and didn't want to twist the neck.) But the compressor is yours if it's not spoken for. And any other bits of the AC you might want as long as I can get them out tomorrow.
  17. It's a grey interior. XLT Do you need some interior trim?
  18. A 7" C-C 95A 3G, but a 3G none the less. should I pull that harness too? Okay, I'll try to sort it all out and clean it up a bit. Then will post pics so you can tell me what you want. You have no need for the A.I.R. pump, right?
