  3. Yes, one per side I should have said. That’s how I see it. Only one B-B. Edit: and I see the 2 3/8 bolts in the instructions now!
  4. Yes, it looks to me like the rear proportioning valve in that picture. More rear brakes with more weight. On the engine bay, there’s something there I don’t often see. Those two air pumps. If you don’t use them please don’t toss them. Something someone trying to register a truck that needs all the emissions stuff on it would like to have. I don’t remember, but do you need to pull the heads? Might it run ok without tearing into it? Good engines, low end torque and drivability are natural to it. MPG, no!
  5. I feel special! Interesting also that I only see one bolt for the toolbox mount. I’ll use at least two as my Weatherguard is 27 1/4 inches wide.
  6. I think you’ve got it. This is interesting to me. I hope to do this this summer. And perhaps change my mounts. I currently have these, 3 on each side. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01J2BKKCK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  7. Those are cool and look nice, and hide the scuffs well. Why is that? I tell my wife not to do something and the next time were in the car together I do what I said not to do!
  8. That’s a lot of work! Interesting what Holley said, hopefully Bill chimes in on the carb issue.
  9. That’s a quick way to know, if you have your emissions sticker still.
  10. Do you put the RTV on the splines?
  11. Looks nice! And a Snap On cordless impact! Cool!
  12. I agree. At first I thought they were “saturated” enough. But, that really proves your thinking on that. I think I did the same thing on my 87 4Runner, and now I’m remembering the Equus gauge came up slow also. But, I don’t think it was as noticeable as this engine.
  13. That’s good, I am too. Sometimes when it’s done it’s not that much more. Thanks Dave, that’s the one I was thinking of. Got it saved now. If I had a manual that’s what I would like.
  14. Doesn’t surprise me. I think they wanted $3500.
  15. I don't see any issues with what you posted here. Others without ADHD had done worst as I think I am one of them at times I would like to know why you think the ZF5 is a load of troubles? I have my reasons but would like to hear your if you don't mind? Dave ---- never mind I found your other post on the ZF5 and I can see why now, I don't blame you. Never heard of anyone doing that swap. How about an overdrive unit? Gearvendors is one and there’s a company that makes or made a unit that mounts in front of the tranny. Can’t find them now, may be out of business. Dave/Fuzzface, don’t you have one in your flareside?
  16. Sounds like you’re on it! I’d wait on the carb too, just to make sure it’s getting clean fuel.
