  1. Enfield -Didn’t they make motorcycles there? And arms?
  2. Welcome! Glad you found us. 👍 What part of England? We used to live in Moor Park and I worked for Conoco/Jet behind Selfridges.
  3. Looking good! As for slowly, it isn't a race. Do it at your own speed and ENJOY!
  4. Bill - I will contact Core Tuning, but it will be a few days before I can. As for the computer, let me get back with you in a bit on that as well. And thanks for the offer.
  5. Bill - Thanks for the explanation on the shifter, switch, etc. Sounds like the ‘90 would be a good fit. As for Core Tuning, is that something I need to buy into? Or something you can do? On the boxes, are you suggesting I need several spare? Or are you willing to sell one or more? Maybe with the proper code?
  6. We could measure your lever and compare with one for a Bullnose and see if yours will fit. If not, we might be able to modify one to make it fit - if we had the right tools. 😎 That's the beauty of having a donor truck.
  7. We put in a resistor to put enough load on the rheostat to drop the voltage and, therefore, dim the LED's. But, David found that wasn't needed as he liked the lighting on high, so when I did Big Blue I didn't bother and the lighting is fine. I'll show you one of these days.
  8. Welcome, Steve! Glad you are here. You can help us and vice versa. David, Jonathan, Chris - You met Steve at our house the night before the show. 😉
  9. I can only imagine what else he did. Anyway, nice looking truck. 👍
  10. Dave - Have you looked here: Electrical/Standard Wire Colors I have and didn’t find your wires, but maybe I’m missing something.
  11. Welcome to the forum! It, like most of our trucks, is a work in progress. So if there is info you need please don’t hesitate to ask.
  12. Dave - They look good. 👍 But why not post the pictures here?
  13. Glad you found us. 👍 As for the website, it is a work in progress. I know of many things that need to be added. But, if you know of something you need please let me know and I’ll see if I can add it.
  14. Hmmm... Kawasaki or Suzuki??? And then, on the 4 stroke side... Yamaha, BSA and Triumph. Interesting times!!! Kawi, for sure. Not even pleasant in stock form, but as Jim said, evil when provoked.
  15. Judging by Scott’s Victor Welding Supply Facebook page they do sell Lincoln equipment. So if you have trouble finding parts I’m sure he would help you. He remembers you as he mentioned you recently.
  16. That is a beautiful truck. 👍 You could not recreate it for twice that much money. That’s the reason people should snap up trucks like this one to build their dream truck.
  17. Well, that’s a pain but not quite so bad. Hope the heads are good when you get them.
  18. Mine was reliable up to the very last on the eclipse. But just at the darkest, and we were at 90%, you had to ensure you were looking directly at the sun. Anyway, you made a good purchase and will get good use out of that welder. I can't imagine being without one.
  19. Pete - The link on the ICVR page to ICVR Thoughts & Observations shows the waveform of the supply voltage to the gauges and senders. I doubt there's a digital voltmeter that will read that, although and old analog would give some reading.
