    Thinking of you trucks demise as I had a trip through the mountains today. Just got done passing an RV and slow vehicle in the passing lane and I spot a big deer and hit the brakes, wasn’t close but they do weird things. Wasn’t a big deer, it was two small elk. Second elk came out a second later. Glad it wasn’t close and we all had room to brake. Edit: add text

    Good job! When I did the drivers side hinges on my truck I decided that next time I will look into getting the hinge as a whole and not just replace the pins.

    If I remember, you had weak spark at the plugs, but good out of the distributor. Even so, are you getting good voltage through your ignition switch?

    At first glance, I would think an extension on the inner door lock rod. And I have no ideas of how to accomplish that. Man, that’s a bummer!

    Interesting! Makes me think it’ll take up a lot of bed space for batteries. Don’t know what you’d do in a car.

    I would check for soft vacuum lines to the tranny. Can you swap in a good modulator?

    I have KO2’s on my Bronco and Suburban. I like them, good on packed snow and ice, and I think really good on black ice.

    I would be very aggravated. A bad ground comes to mind, and I’m sorry if you’ve said you checked them. Is there a ground coming off the distributor? Edit: or is the ground through the distributor? The base corroded?
