  1. Nice new & shinny What made you get a tractor over a zero turn? Everyone tells me I can get done faster with a zero turn but I don't have that many things go around and you cant use a zero turn for plowing 20'x30' gardens. A radio headset and you can really enjoy cutting the grass I have an older larger brother I picked up used and after sitting on it for 3+ hours cutting the grass I sometimes think its too small. With power steering, adjustable wheel & spring ride seat, cruise control, cup holder and hydro drive / deck lift & 3 point hitch its a beast. I also have plows for the garden and 4way for up front but get no snow here to use it. Dave ---- “What made you get a tractor over a zero turn?” Mainly cost. And I really can’t justify one. My yard is pretty easy. I can’t get this through the gate or a ZTR where I would need it. Push mower that, but it’s small enough. I used a ZTR where I used to work. Mechanics did the yard work after most were laid off. This thing is a Cadillac compared to the riding mower I used to have. And it’s the entry level mower!
  2. Thanks guys! I’d like a road trip! I wish I could hide the coax and power wires better, but I don’t want to cut the carpet. A lot smaller radio. I like my Cobra, but to “fidgety”, I need to concentrate on driving.
  3. Thanks! Looks better in the pictures I think.
  4. Not everyone will realize what is going on. We cannot keep going forward forever as though infinite economic growth is possible. Civilizations rise and fall. The west as we know it will fail too. It will evolve. I plan to watch comfortably from a distance. Also, im building a Catamaran once the time comes. Im sailing the globe. I can spend a long time hiding in the Pacific. New addition! My right knee was protesting the push mower!
  5. Gary, I have the 92 manuals for my Bronco on CD. If you think you need them let me know.
  6. Haha so true. If you get a chance and want to, I wouldn't mind seeing your dash cover. We may be in the minority rocking carpet dash covers but I know when I was looking I was a bit overwhelmed by the different offerings from Covercraft alone and would have liked to have see a few examples actually in our trucks. I looked at it quickly today, and I think it said Dash Mat. I’ll get a picture tomorrow.
  7. Ok, thanks. Did a search but didn’t see that explanation!
  8. I think I’m thinking wrong. It’s a carpet cover.

  10. You guys are good! Those hubcaps! Edit: Man, I am grateful my dash hasn’t turned pink!
  11. Looks good! I don’t usually like dashpads, but I dislike holes in the speaker grille, I put one on, I want to says it is a Coverlay, probably wrong, but I like it. Our trucks are like twinsies!

  13. Good report! Thanks! I like the analogy with 4WD. I use it and tell myself to slow down and to not get over confident. That’s interesting, if I get a smaller trailer, probably won’t consider one.
  14. Good job! Anxious to hear your thoughts on the WD hitch. It’s great that you will have towed the same setup both ways.
  15. There’s been many people that did not realize they have a tilt wheel on this era of truck. Turn signal lever pushes forward. You may well know but thought I’d mention it.
