https://www.edelbrock.com/universal-micro-electric-fuel-pump-38-gph-144-lph-gasoline-e85-17301.html 38gph is 2/3 the way there.... But honestly there's no way a 460 could burn through that much fuel in an hour, unless it was making close to 500hp (and WFO) the whole time. What concerns me is that they say "gravity fed". You don't want your fuel pump hanging below your tank. Especially the extra deep tank of a Bronco... While this could be okay with a fuel cell mounted higher, in a race car, I don't have any idea how this would limit you. But, I only read the instructions, I don't interpret them or extrapolate from them.

Looks like Bounty to me? Maybe I'm not turning my head the right way??? 🤪

Early* trucks had a hy-vo style chain and nylon cam gear (for noise, but NOT to last. About 75k imo) Then in '72 emissions dictated the exhaust stayed closed longer, for a more complete burn, and Ford retarded the keyway 4°.(8 crank degrees) EFI engines run a straight up timing set (crank keyway pointing directly at the cam ) They have a double roller chain from the factory. Cloyes used to sell a street true double roller for about $45. Since NONE of these engines have been made in over 25 years they dropped it. But you can still get a set for '88-'97 that isn't stupid expensive with a whole bunch of keyways you don't need.

If they're steel, and not galvanized, consider cold blue. The selenium doesn't eat up any clearances, will turn them black, it won't rub off, chip, whatever... https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1556419877

With the crossover active you want to keep oil from coking on the bottom of the hot intake and eventually dropping chunks of carbon into the lifter valley. The pan pretty much solves that.... But aluminum intakes expand far too differently than iron, and a one piece intake gasket will cause leaks (vacuum or water) at each head. Some intake gaskets have restricted crossover, or you can get them blocked and drill a smaller hole in the sheet metal tabs. It depends if it's a race car, a lazy weekend cruiser that can warm up in the drive or if you're using it for a daily and just want to turn the key and go.

You don't want to spray, peel off garbage the kids put on their wheels these days. Get the dip in the can, just dip the lever. This is what we use for pliers and the like. Maybe do it twice. Prep like you were going to primer it. Sandblast, texture, whatever...

It's called jute and it's sound deadening and heat insulation. It's held down with contact cement. Xylene works well, but I don't know if I'd want a soggy mess of flammable pulp. Try a wire cup brush or flap wheel in an angle grinder.
