  1. Yeah, I think the contour would be a deal breaker. The dipping seams ideal unless there is some option that will shrink with minimal heat. The 'plastic wrap' as you referred to it earlier - do you think if you run a razor along the outside of it and around the buttons that it would pop off? I've seen several where the edges have let loose in places but I've never performed exploratory surgery to see where all it's connected.
  2. Pan looks great John Cory - truck is stunning as always and that aerial photo is really neat!
  3. Some past discussion: http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/Wood-grain-vinyl-wrap-dash-decal-td75909.html#a75930 I did order another one as a test but never took photos to compare. I can do so and provide the ebay info for that second one if needed. Stuck it in a box and never used it.
  4. Don't think I've ever seen a lock like that. I've always seen the padlock style. Don't see the shortbed riser often either. https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/265235764908
  5. Congrats on owning your own company! Looking forward to seeing what all you create.
  6. The rosewood ones in good shape go pretty high on eBay and the nos ones are often several hundred. I haven't heard about a different logo but there is the van woodgrain or the later truck burlwood. Some have had decent luck re-making rosewood with markers and stain. There was also a discussion awhile back where a member was looking into hydro dipping or making pre-cut stickers. When you say "similar" does that mean you are ok with something not rosewood?
  7. I agree with Dave. Start with the battery and go from there.
  8. Bringing this back to current discussion. It was mentioned a few days ago that not only would having a window sticker benefit parking lot discussions/passersby but it might also bring new owners of sold trucks back here.
  9. Looks like that blue wire in the foreground could use a little attention as it may have been the recipient of a scotchlok previously.
  10. http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/Source-for-HVAC-Component-Seals-Gaskets-td41105.html I am very happy with the kit. James does great work!
  11. Maybe something like a small decal of the web address for the back window;). Time to revisit the window sticker discussion??
  12. Yes, congrats! Maybe we will see it come back around here on the forum someday.
  13. I also vote for Ford Only. While anything else would no doubt be useful to someone at some point, the maintenance is too much and I don't see when it would ever stop. Let google do what it does best
  14. No, I did not. I set a limit on what I would pay. Mainly wanted them for nostalgia. Gotcha. I know you may be looking for two but I've got a single you're welcome to if you want.
  15. I looked into this awhile back - seeing if anything like Tapatalk would work with Nabble. Didn't have any success though so I just use Chrome on my phone. Would also be interested if anyone has found an alternative. Chrome works pretty well though so no major complaints.
  16. I agree - not a bad look at all. I'd stick with it also
  17. Welcome! Truck looks really solid. Any backstory on the colors?
  18. Nice find! That condition (still with trim and all) is impressive.
