  1. Ok guys, thanks. But Jim, "this" means the Weebly URL? And to both of you: Does the Weebly URL behave differently than the normal website's TEST forum? That's the key.
  2. I think you'll like the radiator. My 4-row Champion does a great job. But maybe the flares are messed up on the cooler lines? That's a bummer. But if you use hose you might want to make sure you use the right hose. IIRC there is a special hose for tranny coolers as the oil gets very hot.
  3. Welcome! Glad you joined. Where's home? We have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and we could put you on if we had a city/state or zip.
  4. And, to add to the mystery, I just downloaded Safari for Windows on this tablet and I cannot get on using it, which was obviously a totally new installation. So Safari, Chrome, and Edge are a no-go, and Firefox is a winner on my Windows machine. And it is consistent on either the normal website or the new Weebly one.
  5. For the record, I NOT get on using Janey's iPad Pro Chrome nor Safari. But I have logged onto the forum with that device using both of those browsers before, so they must be remembering something.
  6. Those are beautiful pictures! Glad you had such a good trip, and that the Bronco performed so well.
  7. Ok, you two can get in but I can't. And I can't on Safari, Chrome, Edge, nor Firefox on my iPhone X, and Firefox was just downloaded so there was no history. Nor can I log on using my Win10 tablet with Chrome or Edge. But I can with Firefox. I am completely and totally LOST!
  8. I put up a new website: http://bullnosetestforum.weebly.com/bullnose-test-forum.html. And I still cannot log in.
  9. Jim & Bill - Thanks. I think you confirmed what I expected. Chris - Your comment that "it's inheriting site attributes from the mother ship" is something I've been wondering about. What if I create a new website on Weebly and embed it there? Let's see if there is anything to that idea. Might that help?
  10. I haven’t looked, but we have the shop manual section on this at Documentation/Body/WINDOW GLASS & MECHANISMS - GENERAL SERVICE.
  11. Good question, Jonathan. It has been over a year and we have a lot of new people and new ideas. So here's what I propose: Let's have a new thread with a poll in it. (You can only do a poll in the first post of a thread.) And the poll will show all of the options which we want to vote on. But, we need to put forth all of the versions we want to vote on in this thread so I can put them in the new thread/poll as I cannot modify the poll once it is started. And the winner of the poll is our "officially unofficial" sticker/decal. But, I don't think that would stop any of you from offering another version, assuming it doesn't go against our guidelines and is in good taste. Does that make sense, folks? If so, please go back through and tell me which ones you want to vote on.
  12. Jim - It ain't just you. Here's what I'm concluding: Embedded: This is our normal way of seeing the forum and is what you get when you go to New Bullnose TEST Forum in the menu at the top of this page or use the link in the first post. Going in this way gets most of us in when using Firefox, but doesn't get many of us in consistently when using Chrome, Edge, or Safari. And most of us can't get in at all this way. Direct: Using this link takes you directly to the TEST forum, meaning it isn't embedded on the website. You can tell that 'cause you don't have the menu at the top. And I think this works 100% for us. So, y'all, please tell me if I'm wrong on the above conclusions.
  13. Search in Big Blue’s Transformation thread for Dorman. There’re are part numbers, etc.
  14. You need a “permalink” for any thread/post on the forum. There’s a link at the top of the thread where you can get it for the top level of the thread. Or click More on a post and then Permalink to get one for that post.
  15. Yes, the later tanks use 3/8” and 5/16” fittings. But they are the quick-disconnect style. And, Dorman sells the connectors for both that use 3/8” nylon tubing, so I bought a 20’ roll and did everything with it.
  16. Wonderful! (I think?) At least we are on the same page and seem to have only one problem.
  17. When I do that, it won't even recognize my email. I even went back to the main forum, logged back in using the same email and my password and the main forum has no issue with my email, or my password. Shaun - I guess it is worse to not be recognized than to be recognized but not able to log in? You might try logging onto the TEST forum with this URL. That is the unembedded version and seems to work quite well for me and several others, so see if it recognizes you. Maybe we can figure out why you can't get in that way.
  18. Chris - Thanks. By "refreshed the page" you mean you used the Refresh link in the upper right or the refresh circular arrow for the browser? And, can you toggle from this, the production, forum to the TEST forum and back and have it showing you as logged in? Yes, something seems bonkers.
  19. You are now on the map, along with two others in the Charlotte area.
  20. Thanks, Shaun. But I'm really confused as no one else has reported that their ID & PW weren't accepted. Just that they are but then they aren't logged in. Have you changed your password in the last two weeks? If not, how 'bout saying "Forgot" and going through the steps? Would only change it on the TEST forum.
  21. Some of y'all know that we are planning to move from the Nabble servers we are running on to AWS servers as soon as possible. At this point we think we have all of the issues sorted out save for one - the ability to log on. Yep, that is a very serious problem, and one that may have a simple solution but that solution is eluding several of us. So I need your help testing to see what works and what doesn't. The forum is the one in the menu above at New Bullnose Test Forum. And since it is a backup of this forum from a couple of weeks ago you should be able to log right on. But here's what I'm seeing, with "doesn't work" being where you present your ID & P/W, they appear to be accepted, and then the page that comes up shows you aren't logged in: Windows 10: Chrome: Doesn't work, but had been on the computer for some time Edge: Doesn't work, but had been on the computer for some time Firefox: Does work, but this was a fresh installation iPhone X: Safari: Doesn't work. (I said it did, but I was wrong.) Chrome: Doesn't work Edge: Doesn't work Android 10: Firefox: Worked for Jim but not for Jonathan So please test logging onto the TEST forum. Again, it should use your ID & P/W for this forum. But if you want to reset it the change will only be for the TEST forum, not this forum. And when you reply please tell me what hardware and browser you are running on. I need to see if there is some commonality in what works.
  22. Welcome! Glad you joined. Jim is right, I'm here to see if you want to be on our map. You can see it at Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu.
  23. I'm looking forward to the journey. An observation: looks like the grille and hood have been changed. The hood should have had FORD lettering across it, and the grille shouldn't have the Ford emblem in the center. That was the way the '80 and '81 trucks came, but that changed to like yours in '82.
  24. Is "over the hill" the same as "going to the dark side"?
