  1. I agree with the 20” wheels and such, but I’ve had good luck with my tire store. When I got the Bronco exhaust done I was looking at the huge exhaust pieces he had and laughed and said must be a reason you have all of these. He smiled, shrugged and said they sell.

  3. I would try my favorite local tire store.
  4. I’ve actually got two sets of auto hubs for my Bronco. Bought an extra set several years ago at a good price. Then after hearing of breaking problems went with Warn Premiums. Which so far I’m not too impressed with. Not a good detent in the lock position. Had to return one pair because one came apart inside. Wish now I would have went with the Warn Standards, which I’ve had and like.
  5. That is awesome! Looks like fun! One thing I’ve learned, these 460’s like their fuel. Leaning out at my altitude did not work. I had went down a size (2) on the main jets, went back to what the carb came with (new Holley 4160), then ordered the next size richer. When I got the idle mixture screws where I wanted, I went a half turn rich.
  6. Good question! And as I think about it I’m not sure I ever have.

  8. The link worked, thanks, still don’t see it, probably me. Not feeling too techy lately.
  9. Odd, I’m not seeing the results. May take some time. I’ll check later.
  10. That’s great! Glad you got it! Edit: that’ll be helpful for someone in the future.
  11. Cool! That looks like fun! Nice truck, I like it! Be neat to see what you do with it.
  12. Can you turn those isolators around? Switch sides? It maybe me, but they look backwards.
  13. My bad, I was looking at the 85/86 illustrations. Those isolators are different for your 84.
  14. Ok, after seeing that picture Scott, I’m thinking it was isolators on top that I missed. Are there some on top for ours? Man, I wish my rememberer worked better! Edit: After looking at the illustrations, I’m sure it was those bottom u shaped isolators. Looks like the 302 and 351 take the same isolators.
  15. I installed a 3 row Champion in my truck a month or two ago. Interestingly I didn’t realize the bottom isolators came off with the old radiator, everything bolted up ok. Then I saw them and took it apart enough to install them. Made me feel much better. I would try to make the isolators work. Maybe try a different source. Or trim as necessary, as Scott mentioned. Edit: add text.
