  1. Welcome! My first thought was timing which you did, next would be the coil. I’ve had coils give me a hard time starting, some when cold, some when hot.

  3. With my old vehicles, AAA is great! My sons Jeep Liberty keeps it up and they’ll have a tow truck following him! Glad it’s not too serious, so far, so good I hope!
  4. Wow! And the forum is only ~2 years old. That's ~730 days, and that calc's to 15.75 posts/day. Looks like I racked up 32,860 over ~7 years. At my rate here I'll be over 40k in 7 years. Postaholic?
  5. It will be important to know what his intentions are...as in what style of wood floor. Ron/Reamer and I would be two of the very few people that went with a plywood floor with surface mounted metal strips. Most people do go with actual boards with the metal strips sitting in grooves in the wood. I have the Mar-K instructions which shows how to do all this if making your own boards. If it's plywood and surface mounted strips, it's pretty straight forward...but the surface mounted strips are very hard to find (if not impossible). Welcome!
  6. I tried grumpin. Upper left found my screen name in posts. Lower right corner found when other people used my screen name, i.e. “thanks grumpin” Also on my iPad, the keyboard would not go away on the lower right search bar. Edit: corrected locations of search bars. Edit #2: it highlighted my name for some reason. Maybe I shouldn’t help!

  10. You needed intervention when you got a trailer that will haul stuff like that home! I want one!
  11. I’ve got those mirror extensions that mount on the mirrors. I think Scott mentioned them before. Can’t find an example for some reason! Found these on LMC though. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=51
  12. Could it be the AOD TV adjustment? I have never worked on one, but heard that messes something up.
  13. Thanks How is yours coming along, going to be putting it together soon? Dave ----
  14. Tan weathertech floor mats? Now it's just getting spooky On topic - I also swapped my latches out for the newer kind. No complaints. ...
  15. Excellent. Good to know they fit. I'll get 'em cleaned up and painted with some new bushings. After you responded I thought wait was that the Bronco, so went out and took a picture!
