  1. Cool! Bet you’ll put that to work.
  2. What's JBG? Yes, that's a good plan for the blend door, thank you. And yes we did flush it, both ways. Flow was fine. I'm thinking the blend door is the culprit here. JBG is Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard. https://broncograveyard.com/
  3. Nice Bronco. Not my style. And even if I had a stupid amount of money at my disposal, I wouldn’t pay that much.
  4. I have the captain’s chairs. Of course no problem with hitting the rear window with a super cab. I tend to think buckets are more comfortable than bench seats. But I spent a lot of time on bench seats. 68 Chevy 1/2 ton had a bench and the 74 Ford I had, had bench seats I believe.
  5. I have bucket seats in my truck. Are those what you’re calling low-back bucket seats? I’ve driven 4 or so long trips with my truck and a lot of what I’d call medium trips. They are comfortable enough, I’ve never thought man I need new seats. Interestingly though, the other day I noticed my left leg felt like it was hitting a bar or brace. And I wondered too if the foam isn’t flat or worn or compressed, however one might explain it. So I schooched over a bit!
  6. Hopefully RA is making their returns easier. Good to hear.
  7. Sounds like a good plan. I like the relay. That looks like a good spot. No matter where you put it, it will either never get hit by anything, or get hit right off the bat! Too bad the emblem didn’t work out.
  8. I like the factory tach in my truck. Accuracy? I don’t know, never checked. I think it’s close. If I was going aftermarket, I always liked the Sun tachs, which are no longer made. So I’ve had good results from Equus on gauges so I’d probably go with this one. I guess I’m old school, just like the way they look. https://www.iequus.com/6078.html
  9. My 92 Bronco has or had the lower molding. It was curling and sticking out, I pulled it off and cleaned it up. Doesn’t look perfect, but better than it did. I don’t want to put any back on. Interesting where they put molding on the bullnose era, I like it.
  10. “Perhaps I should have tested that before I started down this path?” Nah! That is looking good I like it. I really like the pencil eraser in the drill!
  11. Interesting Cory, mine was lean out of the box also.
  12. I gave Holley a good rating but have only dealt with their carbs. I talked to the shop I use and he said they get 4-5 bad parts a week out of the box. Outsourcing, going cheap and no pride in workmanship just irritates me.
  13. That will be cool! Even if you drilled it and went through, maybe you could glue some plastic in there for the camera. I don’t have an old one, wish I did.
  14. I bought a Holley 0-80457S (4160) to replace the stock Motorcraft (Holley) on my F250. I had never worked on a Holley before, worked on Carter’s, now Edelbrock and Quadrajets. I was surprised at how much I liked it. It’s been easy to tune, replaced jets three times now because initially I went a size lower because of the elevation I live at, 4200 feet. Went back to what came with it and again ordered the next size bigger, because IMHO these 460’s like their fuel. This carb is not a dual feed so there is a tube between the primary bowl and secondary bowl. Had that leak the first time I replaced the jets, I learned to give that tube a gentle twist back and forth and no problems with that since. I contacted tech support about jetting and their response was quick and professional. Edit: the exchange was easy because the linkage hooked right up.
  15. https://reno.craigslist.org/cto/d/sparks-1984-ford-150-xl-4x4-one-owner/7421683856.html Looks pretty good, except for the modified glove box latch! Good price.
