Hey Grumpin, your comment made me laugh thinking about NumberDummy over on FTE. He would say "There's no such thing as a door tag". haha. I mean without exception...he knew exactly what you meant, but he'd never let it pass. That’s funny! I was actually thinking what’s that called? Oh heck, it’s a door tag!

I’ll jump in here where you asked Rembrant. A Marti Report is information about your vehicle from Kevin Marti and company who has the rights to this info from Ford. I got one for my F250 and Bronco. I am glad I did. For instance I didn’t know my Bronco has “Super Cooling”. Helped when installing a new aluminum radiator. For both rigs and a printed report it was about $120. I hear you! Just listed my truck today and didn’t use my phone number because of scams. But, I am using craigslist as I think it’s the best option for now. Facebook marketplace isn’t very good around here in my opinion. Unfortunately I don’t think the paper is the go to place anymore. We used to have Nickel Ads which was good. I used to like craigslist but as you mentioned so many spammers now. If I’m not successful with craigslist I may try Hemmings or Bring a Trailer.

On the temperature, are you checking it with an infrared thermometer? I don’t put much faith in the factory temperature gauges. When I first got my truck I checked it at the thermostat housing with an infrared thermometer. Eventually I put in an aftermarket gauge.
