I've only ever had it done locally, but then again I have lots of options. There are 2-3 commercial powder coating shops in the industrial park where I work, and then I know of a few other back yard guys that do it also. Gary Lewis has been generous in assisting a few who have attended the OK GTGs in the past. He is quite knowledgeable about the subject. He has a spray booth and designated oven.

That is because it is a metric speedometer. Or, if so inclined, you can get a speedometer from an early 80's medium duty [F600/800] truck. I bought a NOS one and installed it in my F150, which now proudly displays 207, 858.5 miles. Just refreshing this thread, since the show will soon be. I will have some from Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and maybe Texas. I would love to swap for states to the north and from other countries. I like to hang them in my "man cave"!
