  1. That truck is fine! You have done an excellent job of presenting it and someone will be so proud to own that!
  2. I wondered, but then, I did not realize the "little" broncos had two fuel tanks.

  6. Look at the lights on the rear of the Corvette. They are very similar to the ones sported on the back of the new Stingray, which debuted in 1963. The 1962 was the final year for the solid rear axle.
  7. I installed the same Medium Duty speedometer in my F150. Note the red 1/10s digit, which signifies being a replacement unit.
  8. My dealing with an Autoline remanufactured carburetor began with RockAuto, who sold the carburetor. The carburetor was packaged well and the engine started very quickly. All that was required was occasional idle speed adjustments. The carburetor has performed well for ~7+ years.
  9. Born in and proud to be American! [no offense, to our dear friends in other countries!]. Great attention to detail... even the tire lettering is red, white and blue!
  10. The whole shooting match or the adapters, or? Congrat's in any event! The whole package. Thanks for your assistance!
  11. Sorry! Do email the vendor and perhaps they will make this right. Perhaps do as Gary did and provide a link of this thread to them.

  18. It sure did. Excellent results. Well done. Beautiful!
  19. Bill, Ford did seem to plan ahead... my son's 1984 F150 with 4.9L engine [all original] has the valve cover with the lower area in the middle for the F.I. intake plenum, which did not "arrive" until 1987. The valve cover on my 1986 4.9L was the same.
  20. I am sorry to hear of the poor quality for the rebuilt carburetor. I, on the other hand, am one who has praised Autoline's carburetor rebuilding. The one I purchased through RockAuto, many years ago [7+?], was spot on from the time it was installed until the present. It has performed well and has never had to be worked on rather than the occasionally required seasonal adjustment of idle speed.
