  1. That's my guess but what a weird stipulation to have in a CL ad! Is that really a problem in states where it is legalized? Only other 420 that comes to mind is a 6.9L diesel 🤷‍♂️ 420 does refeer, er...refer to marijuana. You'll see that a lot now around here. Some will, some won't trade. Yes, you're right, happening in those states that it is legal in.

  3. Quite proud of this one! https://medford.craigslist.org/cto/d/classic-1-2-ton-81-ford-f150/6475159167.html
  4. Wouldn't mind having one of those, but for that price plus about $30 more for shipping, I'm good!
  5. Took me a bit to find that post, but now I understand your statement about MPG. And it does look like the new Holley is working. As for the new project, that should be a fun ride. Do you do a lot of touring? Good find! Sorry I should have linked that in my post. I don't ride much anymore, I used to. Too painful to sit for long periods on a bike. I hope to bomb around and ride as much as I can and enjoy it, instead of thinking I have to ride to the moon and back!
  6. I need new door seals also. I got a new project, went and bought a 1981 Suzuki GS750L. Finally got the truck on a longer trip after replacing the carb. Towed a 5x9 U Haul utility/motorcycle trailer. And Gary you asked how the fuel economy would be. I will say better. Going to pick up the motorcycle I got 11.4 MPG, coming back with the 540 or so pound bike I got around 9 (a wag, as I haven't fueled yet), but I had to climb from 1200 feet to 5500, so I was not too surprised. Around town though, with winter warm ups, it's still pretty horrible. Around 7 MPG. I had not seen over 10 MPG empty on the highway, so I believe the new Holley helped. I also had the hubs locked on the way back. Thought I did on the way there, duh! Drove through packed snow and ice almost all the way. Only felt a slip once though.
  7. I like it, then again I'm biased toward our Lord and Ford!
  8. I agree, didn't catch the driveshaft part. Looking for cars for my daughter. Saw a nice one, at the end it says "just needs an O2 sensor". Why don't you just fix it or get it fixed then sell it with that "simple" fix done? Sorry about the Bullnose part, thought Ford guys may be interested.
  9. Looks nice. https://klamath.craigslist.org/cto/d/1987-ford-f350-crew-cab-4x4/6424389007.html
  10. Good find! I'd like to have that, but man, a lot of money for something I don't use that often, the back seat that is. Hmmmm...
  11. Find One Repeat Delete Yeah that first picture looks like a droopy butt! Not the original steering wheel. For some reason that drives me nuts! I like the wheels Might look good on my Bronco.
  12. Looks pretty nice. A little pricey for me. https://bend.craigslist.org/cto/d/1986-ford-f150-flareside-4x4/6425952746.html
  13. Just a comment, My wife's 98 Suburban has Hydro Boost. It was a long time before I even realized it!
  14. Reamer, I was assuming you are working on the "Dash Patch". If they are good to go I would like to buy one from you. Thanks
  15. I'm pretty sure that on everything I've worked on the supply line is smaller and return line is bigger.
  16. Between yesterday and today, I installed a center console from a 1987-1991, I believe. Got it off ebay, said it would fit. Did some research and I agreed. Front two holes lined up nice, rear, no dice. It is mounted in there with the front two and it's good. Only thing that bothers me is I have a Cobra 148GTL mounted on the front, which means I will put at least one in the back. The mounting hardware is different, on my 86 they are machine screws, on the 87 they are sheet metal screws. It looks nice, didn't realize how bad mine was until I put it on the table in the garage. Also the cup holders are one inch deeper which does make a difference. Maybe that's what you were referring to Gary for overlanding Big Blue. Whilst the center console was out I put on new seat belt sleeves from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. Tried sometime back and could not get the belt through. Talked to a mechanic and he said I don't know boiling water! So I tried my heat gun and that worked. Today I put in a Dash Mat, mainly to cover the crumbling speaker hole. I don't usually use those unless the dash is bad. I cut the forward part around the defroster holes so they would not interfere. Always disliked that. The "carpet" laid down pretty nicely, with a bunch of velcro strips. I'm like Fuzz Face, I was hurting after climbing in and out and getting in the back yesterday, and it's been cold, so today was a little easier.
