I take it the spoiler bolts to the bumpers then? Or is it to the bottom of the radiator support? All the spoiler has to do is cut down the air going under the truck or smooth it out. All that turbulence under there hurts MPG. Put a full belly pan under there and see what happens. Dave - - - - The spoiler is attached to the bottom of the bumper. Stock bumpers come with the holes and from the factory, the spoiler is riveted.

Have you tried taking the switch out and connecting it to the wiring to see if the lights are on? If so, the switch is bad.

Would you have any interest in a good used set of "protrusions"? They only have about 1200 "smiles" on the pair!!!

With my "in town" weekly route, which normally returns ~17 mpg, I experimented with and without the spoiler. I recorded ~1/2 mpg better with the spoiler mounted. I believe the percentage would go up @ higher speeds.

Could a locknut be used?

Try pulling the trailer and load @ 55 mph!

That is a used headliner from a junkyard. It was tan and I painted it black with vinyl fabric paint. I had read that it worked well on cloth. Maybe on some fabrics it does, but not on headliner material. It soaked up three entire cans of paint. It still isn’t as even as I would like, and is did get “crunchy”. It cost me more to do than buying new fabric for it and the adhesive to put it on. Lesson learned, but the show must go on. I painted this almost a year ago and it’s been in the way so I’m glad to have it installed, albeit only partially. Nice work, Jonathan!
