You are welcome, Mr. Administrator!

That is the one piece oil pan gasket which was introduced in 1987, I believe. It replaced the drip prone 4 piece gasket from earlier. It can be used on earlier oil pans. When the pan is removed, you will see small raised areas around each hole for the mounting bolts. These raised areas helped hold the cork gasket in place. These need to be ground smooth [not difficult]. My 1986 4.9L has had the original gasket set replaced with one of these gaskets and does not leak.

Hopefully, you have not yet mounted the replacement bumper. If you have, be careful and protect the truck's pant.

Neat. Thanks for sharing! -
Somewhere along the line, the spacing of the two bolts which hold the carburetor changed [2 11/16" increased to 2 15/16"]. I installed a 1970 Carter YF, which has the more narrow spacing, on the intake manifold of my 1986, with the wider spacing. About 10-15 minutes with a round file and it was on. If the photos with measurements are of the replacement carburetor, you will notice that instead of holes, there are slots, for mounting. This is so it can be used on manifolds with the different spacing.
