As you said, that's for older trucks.  Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to fit ours.  For a kit we need:

1980 - 82: E2AZ 9A818-A
1983: E3AZ 9A818-A
1984-87: E4TZ 9A818-A

That's very interesting, David.  That's pretty much the Dana kit I installed on our Audi back in the 70's.  Note the adjustments it shows: low speed, centering, and sensitivity.  Those are the adjustments we are lacking on the factory speed controls.

And the instructions go with that kit.  Unfortunately the servo is missing from the kit, and you can see in the instructions that it is different than the ones we have.  That one has a separate reservoir, control section, and servo.  Ours has all of that integrated into one unit.

I don't know if our servo would work with that unit.  But it might.  You can see in the instructions that there are three connections to the controls, and those will be power, coast, and accelerate.  The issue is whether coast is normally closed and pulsed to open, or normally open and pulsed to close.  Ours are NO.

Also, it is interesting to note that there is no feedback from the servo to the electronics.  That's the way most controllers operate.  But our speed control systems have a potentiometer that provides feedback.  That is unusual and wouldn't be needed with the Dana module.  Hmmmm....
