Found the rest of the parts. He's selling sections from the trees separately to either maximize his profit, or try to help people who may have lost the parts, which is uncommon.
 Worst part is, it's not even an original Monogram kit. These parts are from the re-released Revell kit.

 So, for the "low" total price of $83.69, one can have the total misrepresented model!  Does anyone desire that I delete this post?
