Plastic Glove Box Line

Well I had the dreaded Blend air door break in heater so I am rounding up parts to fix my Glove box line [ factory A/C ] fell to pieces & I know some are offered in a much more durable plastic anyone have thes available ?

Hey Barry,

LMC sells the glovebox in cardboard and plastic, see below...but the plastic ones are crazy expensive! They must be leftover Ford NOS parts for that price...

I paid $200 for a plastic A/C glovebox, and it came with the rest of the truck too! Geez.

Frank Wyatt recently showed how he got his to fit simply by redrilling a screw hole on the left side, by the stay.

It's in the WHYDTYTT thread and he has the unusual tan (saddle?) interior.

Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.
Too much other stuff to mention.

ok looks like Dennis Carpenter offers a repop but still at $159.00 Iwill try to find good used one, if anyone has one I will take it
