I can't find that part number in the catalog.  Nor do the mirror kits tell what is in them.

I think it's the screw that holds the '80~82 square mirror head to the hi-lo arm.  Bubble-backs use a big Torx-drive for a similar-shaped screw.  Aftermarket mirrors usually have a hex-head bolt.
