Original Florida Truck, so it should be rust free.

It does appear that they have spray bombed the bottom of the truck with black paint. Both of my Rangers are original Florida trucks from 2002 and 2003, and they don't look that "clean". The paint on the frame, springs, axle, etc also isn't clean enough to be factory original, so definitely spray bombed.
