twin I beam tie rods

85blueox
Anyone know part numbers for MOOG for an 85 4X4 Twin I beam dana 50?
Are they the same parts as the Mono beam suspension?

Seem to have trouble finding good ones.

TRW used to manufacturer for OEM's.
Their quality was always good, but I can't speak for today.

Once these icons of industry are swallowed by capital investment groups al lot of them fall off a cliff.

I replaced all the links, ends, ties, ball joints from that search. I got the part numbers and ended up buying from Amazon.

Which part are you looking for? tie rod end? Tie rod sleeve? steering link?

Happy to help as much as I can, but just a little confused about which part you are looking for.

I just needed the right side ,all of them.  I found them at Napa but they are expensive and they are still made in China.  I wanted Moog but the site did'nt really specify Twin I beam or Mono on them, neither does rock auto.  I ordered some from parts geek, will see how they go because they did'nt really know if they are interchangeable from Mono/Twin I beam either.

You might try looking for applications 1984 F-350.
You can be guaranteed that's a D50 axle because the 350 didn't get a solid axle until '85.

Otherwise you need to look exclusively at. F-250 supercab applications to
be sure it's a D50.

I don't know about that...

I know what years and models came with a D50, but looking at RA there aren't too many options and if you go to the Moog page they have nothing but a sleeve.

It's a Dana 50.  The problem is the Twin I-beam suspension.  I ordered from parts geek and it was wrong, spoke to A1auto, they have nothing to fit a 4X4, no good info on rockAuto about twin I beam and you can't call them, Local places have nothing.  Moogparts does not show the different parts for TWIN vs Mono beam, Napa has the right side like I need but its $450.

This post was updated on .
Have a look at this page from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard:    https://shop.broncograveyard.com/F250-F350-4wd-Steering-Link/products/232/

They have inner, outer, center/drag & sleeves for '80-'85 250/350 TTB. ***in stock***
They also offer a complete 'kit' 32905.  https://shop.broncograveyard.com/1980-85-F250-F350-Steering-Rod-Kit/productinfo/32905/

I can't say what brand, but Jeff's is very knowledgeable about suspension (that's where they started)
I don't think they sell bad parts. I've bought Dana/Spicer, Eaton and Moog from them before.
And they actually answer their phone if you have questions....
