I can't determine what that fits as the MPC I have has replaced the E3 version with something later.  Perhaps Ralph can?

No luck, on my end either.

Someone with a OSI: Obsolete, Supersede, Interchange, book might have better luck?

Ralph - You are teaching me how valuable the OSI books are.

Turns out that E3TZ 4022-C was replaced by E5TZ-A which was then replaced by E7TZ-A.  And that fits:
80/88 E-F100/350 — Sterling rear axle "Before 1/88”  7/l6”-20 x 2 1/32"

What is interesting to me is that the MPC actually calls the axle a "Sterling".  Was in a "discussion" with a know-it-all on FB recently who said it isn't a Sterling.  Just "Ford".  But here is some author/editor of the MPC calling it a Sterling.  And the very next line of Section 41 Pg 14 says "Sterling" again.

And, by the way, if anyone wonders what the difference is between the before/after 1/88 date it is the length of the vent.  After it is 7/16”-20 x 2 13/64".

I plan on getting a OSI myself as soon as things settle down here.

As for the Sterling name, I'd say it's a matter of semantics. Both are correct. Like calling a 302V8 a Windsor engine.

Oh, but this gentleman was adamant that Ford N.E.V.E.R called their axles a Sterling.  He knows because he worked as a mechanic in a Ford dealership.  But someone at Ford did, and wrote it in "the book".

Same gentleman knows several other things that both the MPC and the dealer fact books disagree with.  He's a fount of "knowledge" that I frequently prove wrong.

Those types of people are very frustrating and they run rampant on the Facebook pages.

Yes, they do.  As do the ones that don't bother to read what others have posted and post incorrect stuff.  Like the thread recently where a guy asked what color the headlight doors should be but didn't tell us what year his truck is.  I posted the info from the MPC but there were others that gave answers w/o knowing the year.  Might have been right, but more likely wrong.  I feel like the voice of one crying in the wilderness.

A guy on FB asks if he can put a cluster with a tach in his truck.  I said only if you already have gauges.  Same know-it-all discussed previously says "Gary Lewis going directly off coil dash doesnt matter".  I hope my reply was reasonably kind: "You cannot plug an instrument cluster with a tach into the wiring harness for idiot lights. The cluster with gauges has an 18-pin connector and the idiot light connector has 14 pins. https://www.garysgaragemahal.com/gauges1.html"

I am so glad that I didn't agree to open up my two FB pages to comments.  Managing it would have been a nightmare.

This guy is frustrating.  I find his comments wrong more often than not, and have thought of blocking him so I don't see them.  But then he'd be giving out all sorts of bad advice w/o correction, so I can't do that.
