Tire size /Stance

Ribmtrider
Good evening, I am wondering if anybody knows these trucks. I think the I have seen the blue one on here. I am looking to duplicate the stance and tire size these have. Curious if there is any lift and what size tires are on them. Thank you!

if i were to guess i would say neither of the two had any lift and the tire sizes are stock or close. possibly wider on the blue one but 255/70/15 maybe.

Here is my truck, which started life as a 2wd but I converted to 4wd.

The stance is similar to the other trucks you show.

My truck has the front coil springs and the rear leaf springs from the 1995 donor vehicle, which was a larger, heavier truck. Quad cab and longer bed, and 4wd, so the springs were quite a bit longer/stiffer. Swapping the front stuff was pretty straightforward, although I had to get some camber adjusters. The rears were a bit more involved because the 4wd springs were 2 1/2 inches wide, instead of the stock 2 inches wide that were on my truck originally. That made it necessary to change the spring perches, which were riveted to the frame - not fun.

Anyhow, the result was a truck that sat up higher than the stock 2wd stuff, but still using all stock Ford components without any lift kit or anything like that. Wheels are stock in those photo's, 235/70/15 if I recall correctly. I am planning on upgrading to 265/70/17's for a bit more height and ground clearance.

That's my old '84 2wd F150 Flareside not long after I bought it in 2017. 100% stock original suspension in that photo. Truck only had about 35,000 original miles on it when I picked it up.

Tires are Cooper Cobra 275/60-15 on Cragar Soft-8 15"x8" Wheels. All four the same size.

Later on after I finished the body and paint on the truck I swapped on a set of U.S. Wheel Blades. Series 26, also in 15"x8". Same 275/60-15 Cooper Cobras. I lowered the truck 2" in the rear with a DJM shackle kit.

I know lowered and bagged trucks are all the rage today, but I still prefer them in their original 80's and 90's stance, with the rear a little higher than the front the way they used to be. That will forever be my favorite truck look.

My memory isn't what it used to be Gary lol. I had to Google some things that I used to rhyme off without even thinking haha.

The old '84 Flareside is still alive and well. A friend of mine sees it going all the time. (It's new home is 70 miles away).
