There was a Ford only car and truck show here today, a little over an hour away, and I decided to take a drive over to look around since it was so nice out. There was a nice old '84 Bullnose there, clean as a whistle. I forgot to ask the guy about the color, but I'm assuming that this is the color my truck is supposed to be...my new paint is not quite the same.

Originally a 300/6 truck it is now sporting a 302 and NP435 4spd trans.

There were some other nice old Fords there...lots of 'em too. If there were 50 cars there, 20 of them were Mustangs (of course).

I saw a faded red aero Flareside on my way into work this morning.

He was tottering along in the slow lane getting off at exit 10, while I was cruising with the pack to the left.

Somehow, I pulled out of the draft and managed to get a pic.

Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.
Too much other stuff to mention.

The flares are shiny
The gate, hood and roof are matte pink.

No, and hopefully I'm "restoring" him to his original state, in all the necessary areas. But improving him to better than his original state in some areas - like front driveline, front suspension, engine, fuel system, electrical system, .....

He's gonna need to meet Darth some day. They will have a lot in common.
