That could be a huge help for people as that harness on many trucks has been ruined with insulation-displacement connectors.  Wasn't someone looking for that recently?

That dose not look like the tail light harness as I am not seeing any light bulb sockets.
That looks to be the harness that runs along the frame rail from the front just under the brake booster to the tail light harness.
That black rubber plug in the center is a fuel tank plug from the looks of it.

Now if that is the case and anything like the one for my 81 F100 they make it for duel tanks or not and the later years EFI or not.

BTW I think it was the "tail light" harness with the bulb sockets as they were working on back up light sockets I think.
