I dont think it would look any worst than a dealer installed unit in my book.

That's the Dana cruise control.  Nice unit 'cause it has adjustments for how close it is to hold the speed to the set point, which determines how aggressive it is.  I had one and loved it.

But a $74 starting bid is a bit steep.

Plus shipping but if you want speed control and trying to find the factory parts is a no go.
They do make other after market kits but go for more money than that.
