Looking for 80-2/83 Hubs?

AmericanSavage
If you read my thread over the last 2 weeks or so, I had a heck of a time finding a hub for my 1980 f350.  After receiving the MPC, I was able to conduct a targeted search for the original d8tz part number.  It was r/b an e4tz.

My hub was scored and the race was spinning because of a frozen bearing (from all I can tell).  So I NEEDED a new hub.

I am passing along info for you all in case you need one.  This is for Dana 60-61 rear ends, SRW.

The first is this guy--https://www.ebay.com/itm/363561914059

He has SEVEN of them.  These are used pulls, but tanked and repainted.  The guy is VERY responsive.  He thought that hub would work because of the casting number on the hub itself.  If you need one check yours—14403 is the number you want.  Inner and outer bearings are LM104949, and 387AS.  He was not aware that these hubs work for the F350 and hence it is not listed in his compatibility spreadsheet.  I will be calling him to let him know.  But, given the rarity of all these, and his knowledge of Fords, I think he would be a big help to anyone that needed it.

Next up, NEW OLD STOCK:  Hub and drum set.  Go here:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/393098846040

Looks like there’s only 2 left.  I have not spoken to him, but for the price, not bad for the set.

Cheers and Good Luck!
