Long time lurker finally looking for specific answers

Baby Bullhauler
Hello all, my name is Trace, I own a 1981 f350 custom that originally had a 400 paired with a np435. She’s a singlecab dually. Within the last 6 months, I’ve swapped a 1985 6.9 idi paired to a t-19 into her as the 400 blew up in early august of 2020. The fuel shutoff is run off of the wire that powered the coil on the 400, and up until recently, it still had the original dash. The reason I pulled it is because most of the harness in the cab was fried and too much so to try and replace every wire

Welcome, Trace!  Glad you joined, and finally quit lurking.

Where's home?  We have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and could add you if we had a city/state or zip.

Welcome Trace!

That's quite the project. Are you looking for an '81 diesel dash?

Well the red flex circuit clusters are different than all the later green ones.
But diesels were available in central and south america.

So I would assume those clusters had diesel tachs and glowplug indicators.

Otherwise maybe switching to the later dash?
