Those are hard to come by... they break so freaking often. Heck, mine broke the day I installed it (it was already cracked)... ended up drilling and epoxying the odometer reset stub to my old non-reset lens. Ugly but functional.

1984 F150: 300 L6, AOD, RWD. EEC IV / TFI, Feedback Carter YFA Carb. Stock everything but radio (for now).
