I Believe this is a 1980/1981 E0TZ-1004460-A Ranger Instrument Panel Nameplate

The E-Bay listing is somewhat dubious and incorrect but I believe this is what is really on sale from the pictures.  E0TZ-1004460-A Ranger Instrument Panel Nameplate.

There is also a CUSTOM nameplate in the same package that I cannot find a listing for.  Interesting to say the least.  Any thoughts???

Isn't a 16720 the exterior badge?  And a CA is the Custom one and the DA a Ranger?

Yes, but both of those fender badges are metal with push pins.

These pieces are plastic, with adhesive backs.

It's got me scratching my head, that's for sure.

You are right, I'd missed that they are plastic.

Those are not factory US-Spec Ranger emblems. I'm thinking overseas, or south of the border. First year for Ranger in North America was 1983, so the part number doesn't make sense.

On second thought, what did the Courier offer for trim levels prior to 1983? Could it be Courier stuff?
