The best I can tell, this item basically disappeared from existence back in 2017. Ford then offered only the entire horn bar assembly including the switch assembly.

The entire horn pad NOS would probably be cheaper!

Now I don't feel so bad for gutting two of these to make one good unit... took some super glue though...
1984 F150: 300 L6, AOD, RWD. EEC IV / TFI, Feedback Carter YFA Carb. Stock everything but radio (for now).
