Any idea how to unscrew 3 screws?
 I think that spring in door lock is broken or something like that. This part is not coming back when i am pushing door knopf. Door are not tight - moving inside - outside .  And inside i found part of door :) Is it rear glass run?

The best way I've found to remove those screws, assuming they don't come with a large #3 Phillips screwdriver, is with a hammer-driven impact. Like this one from Harbor Freight.
 Or this one from Lisle.  The impact tends to drive the bit into the screw head, and at the same time turns it. And, that does look like the rear window run. Here's the illustration from Interior/Doors/Windows.

Check to see if the screws are pozidriv (they typically are). This is slightly different then a regular Phillips. They can be identified on the head of the screw by 4 extra small lines extending out from the center. Might save you a stripped screw head or bit.
