Why would you spend the same money that would buy a new one on a used one that is already starting to have problems?  I'll bet if it isn't shipped very carefully it'll have more cracks when you get it.  It is old vinyl that has already lost much of its plasticizer, the stuff that keeps it flexible, and it is going to crack.  It is just a matter of where and when.
