Convert T18/2WD to C6/4WD

User811780
I posted this about a month back but have since bought a donor truck that is different from my original post. Current truck is an 81 F150, reg cab, 2WD, H3 rear axle, Ford 300, T18, long bed. Donor truck is 83 F150, reg cab, 4WD, H9 rear axle, Ford 300, c6 transmission, long bed.

The plan is to make the ‘81 an automatic with 4WD. What would need swapped?

-transmission
-transfer case
-front driveshaft
-rear driveshaft
-both axles
-steering column
-instrument cluster

Anything I’m forgetting or should look out for?

Just make sure you don't junk the T-18 and clutch linkage parts.

Others including myself are interested in these parts.

Definitely not planning on junking anything that isn’t rusted beyond repair.

Donor truck is fairly rusted out (although I drove it 70mph on the highway bringing it home)
