I know this one is an old post but, I made this one 30+ years ago still riding. There is a tow chain in one bin and rain clothes, maglite and a spare ignition module in the other. You can guess what the top hooks are for?

I don't know why I never thought of making one of these, that'd solve a ton of problems.
