No way would I touch that thing without doing a serious inspection. First things first, that's an EFI 5.8. So, non-original engine. How clean is the conversion? The master cylinder has also been upgraded, as has the seat. What else was upgraded?

I agree with Shaun.  I think the 5.8L is speed density.  Not my preference.  How was the seat bolted in?  I would pass unless done correctly.  But the truck does look good.
