all the factory ones I have seen have the liquid/ vapor lines on opposite sides. but i do see an e5 prefix in the number. ??

Mine is not factory, it's the A-R-A addon. But just in case folks want the data point, mine have the lines top and bottom on the driver's side:

That # isn't in the 1994 version of the MPC. Probably was replaced along the way, but I don't know what replaced it.
