Not sure it is worth that, but maybe.  Doesn't look at clean on the inside as I expected from the first pic, but then the right side doesn't look that good either.

However, it could be made into a nice rig.

It's my experience the majority of postings such as this are overpriced. This one looks overpriced and probably has quite a few later to peel. However, things are only worth what people are willing to pay.
