Converting an OBS to a Bullnose

I have a 1996 F-250 that I'm converting to bed and clip to bullnose while keeping the interior OBS because I'm swapping in a PSD and need the instrument cluster. Been searching here for a couple months and finding lots of good information.

Yes, welcome! Glad you joined. :nabble_anim_handshake:

But I don't know much about converting an OBS to a Bullnose. But I know some on here have done it, so hopefully they'll chime in soon.

Where's home? I ask because we have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and we can add you with a city/state or zip.

Hey SVandal,

I have done something similar. I swapped a 1980 F150 body on to a 1995 F150 short wheelbase frame.

My swap doesn't help you much, but I did have to modify the 1995 frame to mount the 1980 bumper. (PS: I have no idea if the F250 frame is different from the F150 frame, but I only have experience with the F150 frame obviously).

I cut several inches off the front ends of the 1995 frame, and welded on a set of frame horns I scavenged from a 1986 F150 at the local junkyard. Might give you some ideas if nothing else lol. I also installed a 1994 F150 radiator in the '80 Bullnose core support. It all worked great.
