KrisPowell1975 Posted March 25, 2022 Share Posted March 25, 2022 Good morning Bull Nose lovers. I am Kris. Have a 1981 Ford F150 4x4 Custom with a 5.8W and a C6 transmission. Has matching 3.00 front and rear differential. Front is a Dana 44IFS and rear is Ford 9in. I'm excited to tear into this truck and see what I can do, make, mold and evolve into my very own Bull Nose. Gary Lewis Posted March 25, 2022 Share Posted March 25, 2022 Welcome, Kris! Glad you joined. On the truck, that sounds a lot like what Dad's truck was out of the factory. But are you sure it is a 351W? From the factory it should have been a 351M, and the only thing those two engines share are valve cover bolts - but the W has 6/cover and the M has 8/cover.
