Starliner
Maybe some have you have replaced your lock cylinder and come across no problems, or brands to stay clear of. Any recommendations? Thanks.
ArdWrknTrk
Well, I'm sure Motorcraft would be good. I have Standard Automotive Products cylinders in ignition and doors. (I upgraded to later door cylinders so I have the same key for all ) 10/10 would recommend.
85lebaront2
I have had good luck with Dorman replacements on my Chrysler. I just buy the ignition cylinder and re-pin the door locks (mine has a halo illuminated door cylinder).

Later trucks use only one (square) key.

swampedout
Ok, good info thanks. There is alot of crap out there. I have one of the cheap ones from one of those parts stores I wont name and its held up for a couple months. I bypassed the starter to its own switch, though, because my last ign lock broke at the bottom pin due to being overcranked. Theres many weak links in the column
