How did you spend your Memorial Day weekend

Recommended Posts

Sad to say, I needed to work on the wife's 07 F150. Rats built a nest in the intake valley under the intake and chewed the wires off of one of the knock(detonation) sensor and the check engine came on. While I was in there I did the 100000 tune up 3000 miles early.07_f150_07.jpg.3c4805f394e2cf8c2089bdd1bcc7aa45.jpg07_f150_06.jpg.9dfa0c284af37dec13ce10ec672a39e0.jpg07_f150_05.jpg.1e0e97c85579e74ea3983bd701cd81dd.jpg07_f150_04.jpg.bcedacdb6062dded2bc2b80e1f52afc6.jpg07_f150_01.jpg.6092faab892a68dca16bbca24080ce15.jpg

It's been raining all weekend so about all I've done is cleaned up around the house and mowed the lawn.

I put the pool up. Finished the tree house. Cut 5 acres of grass. And started day dreaming about motorcycles again. Somebody stop me.

Battled a tree stump for two days. Great exercise but the tree won in the end. Time to call in the pros.

I finally got to replace the instrument panel in my F250 with a salvaged panel with tach and trip meter. Was much fun.

Also pulled the carpet out of the back of the Bronco and found the original build sheet.

All in all a good use of the time.
