Unfortunately those aren't usually a "Ford" part. Instead they are held to the wiring harnesses by tape, and I don't think Ford made the harnesses. These look like the kind the slide into the connector itself (like the dome line connector at the bottom of the B pillar). I have a large assortment of Ford, GM and Chrysler wiring harness and connector retainers. He is seeking NOS or unused ones for a restoration. I sent him pictures of what I have in that style.
