I had read a description on a couple aftermarket sets that mentioned a smaller than standard hex head. Wasn't sure if there would be a clearance issue with a standard size head. ArdWrknTrk Posted February 10, 2018 Share Posted February 10, 2018 It is a "washer head": *Flange bolt* with a reduced head is often because a socket for conventional head would not fit into a recess or some other obstruction.
