The metal after market boxes put all the pressure and weight on the bezel. That’s why I got the two supports that David posted. I have a cheap and light radio in there and want to improve it some. May put a DIN sized CB radio in there some day as I rarely listen to the radio unless I’m on a longer journey. And this “gas mizer” isn’t my long haul rig!
