Havent a chance until now but I'll be checking it out shortly.

Seems there are a few different size balancers as well. Interesting stuff.

Edit: just checked, my part number isnt in there but very close D3AE instead of D3DE. Doubt that makes much a difference. I'd like to get some measurements of different pulleys too as some of them seem to be different diameters.

Spent the day pulling my transmission from my 79. Figured while the truck was down I'd clean the absolute filth off this thing, and repaint. So I'll be pressure washing it to get the tight spots clean. Everything came out great although I learned I always missing 1 crossmember bolt and 2 bellhousing bolts; joy. I'm going to get all new stainless hardware. After cleaning off seemingly a half inch of grease, I was pleased to see clean steel on my crossmembers and I primed and painted them. Now that the transmission is out I will easily be able to get to the frame and really clean and paint this sucker from underneath. I really got a deal on this truck.

Looking good Angelo! :nabble_smiley_good:

Up here we all know leaky seals are the best underbody rust protection. :nabble_laughing-25-x-25_orig:

That couldn't be more true lol, saved dads truck and now this one! I was hoping I wasn't going to have to drop any crossmembers but now I'm glad I did. There amount of room under there now to get to things that need addressing is amazing. Thankfully thats not much (I did notice all the cab mounts are split but there are still nuts and threads O_O) but I'll be able to get in there and really sand away at the frame and paint it.

I also removed the cheap Mexican-made signal lenses and put OE ones back on it. I couldn't stand them anymore.

I just looked at my pile of dirty clothes that I need to run through the washer on "sanitize" to get the grease out and thought "My truck should be pretty clean by now!"

Anyway, good going Angelo! :nabble_smiley_good:

There's always something going on in my garage. From a buddy building a couple of Harley Springers, to my 80 F350, to this little gem.

It's my all original 86 SVO Mustang. Only has 43k miles. I picked it up 2 years ago.It had been sitting for 17 years with a half tank of gas. Dropped in a new battery, and she fired right up. I ended up changing out all the factory original hoses, tires, brakes. She runs and drives just like they did new.

Figured I'd throw in my 80 F350 Ranger Lariat, well....just cuz she's the big project right now.

Oh, I miss my '85 HO. :nabble_smiley_sad:

Is that Prima all over the roof of your SC?

Or is something else going on there?

Nice Mustang.

On the truck, I took the liberty of turning it right side up so's I could get my head around what it is. And it looks nice!
