I don't feel like trying to patch it, so I bought a low mileage used one to replace it. I agree with the low mileage claim because this thing is clean on the inside with very little staining from oil. Nice score Shaun! Got new side lights and signal housings, the factory passenger side wouldn't keep the bulb in. Went ahead and wired the white side of the switchback bulbs to battery for drls, as I'm a big fan of having them on anything I drive. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the side markers, they're very far from stock looking but that's not necessarily bad. I think I'd have liked them better orange than black though. Got some time on the truck last night and today. Getting oh so close.... Only frustration has been lost parts and hardware, but with a 2+yr hiatus I was expecting it. Installation list includes: brake and clutch safety switches, servo cable, and controller installed for the dealer installed cruise control, upper manifold, egr, throttle body, along with misc vacuum, heater, and electrical connections made.
