JG2020
There were no seatbelts in the truck you pulled the seat from??? Unfortunately not. I have been emailing junk yards on eBay that I see selling f150 parts but no luck yet.

Josh, have you considered just buying the $25 lap belts from LMC and only using the latch side? I know I also saw them on Seatbelt Planet when I bought my new bolts. IIRC they were under $35 there. Much better than a used latch side from eBay for $50 +8.95 shipping. Edit: https://www.lmctruck.com/1980-96-ford/fd-lap-seat-belts-and-mounting-hardware https://www.seatbeltplanet.com/i-30497775-1976-1986-ford-f-series-standard-cab-center-lap-seat-belt.html?ref=category:1389341 I guess the only thing is they don't have the plastic sleeve that keeps the buckle standing up. Thanks Jim. I have considered that, but I am worried the male end won't fit. I thought about that with the House of Speed belts I purchased and returned but the receiver didn't match. I will investigate this option some more.

I also rolled under the back of the truck to have a look around. I need to get a spare tire bracket. Also noticed brake fluid on the back of the wheel and tire. The lines are fine so must be the wheel cylinder. Ordered 2 of those and some Ford brake fluid.

I don't think you would have that problem with 'made to fit Ford' belts, like you did with the random 'universal fit' ones. Couldn't hurt to call customer service, if George can't help you.
